Keep the Fighter Inside Alive

Did you know that the human body recreates itself every six months? Thats almost every cell of hair, skin and bone dies and another is directed to its former place? You are not who you were last April... And what more of a reminder could you possibly need of this than your entire body shouting it from the depths of every recreated cell within you. His reminder of your ever-changing, ever growing, ever developing  existence is coursing, pulsing and traveling through your veins and solidifying itself in your bones. if you struggle to have faith in the mere verbalization of the truth that He makes all things new, then take a look at proven medical and biological facts that back up His word over and over and over again; and see that the science of who you are is in harmony with the Kingdom. Now you can choose to give into the circumstances that have weighed you down and the lies that the enemy has presented you with. You can choose to be defeated, burnt out, fall down or simply  stop in your tracks... But the key point in every decision in your life is this - that whether you win or lose or draw a thousand times or more, you choose. Don't let the fear of failure keep you from giving this life all you have. Don't let the thought of remaining the same stop you from moving forward. If you can't run, walk. If you can't walk, crawl. And if you can't crawl then hold on to this life you've been given with your bare hands, and pull yourself forward one small inch at a time, because nothing is ever really over until the moment you stop trying. Feeling dry? Drink. Feeling lonely? Come. Feeling tired? Rest. You've made it this far, and you'll make it further still. You're a work unfinished, a life yet to be completed and an existence yet to end. Every moment you're alive is a moment to lift your eyes, trust your maker and believe in the truth that He is making all things holy and new, and that you are not who you once were - no matter where you stand today. You've come a long way, and you've still got a long way to go, so appreciate the journey, and love yourself along the way, change by change.
